Tweed Loop with Cutter

Precisely finished, full tool steel inserts on both cylindrical and concave beaks, featuring two straight cylindrical sections on top beak. Front cylindrical section being of .045" diameter, and second cylindrical section being of .065" diameter. Lower concave beak permits uniform forming and assures a non-slip grip. Added feature of utility groove in the rear portion of beaks permits the closing of formed loops.
