  • Produced entirely of biomechanical stainless steel. In addition, the Expabent is fabricated with Muscle Thread™. Unlike other manufacturers, the threads on our Expansors are created by extrusion from the hot metal during fabrication. This results in a precision thread which is free from nicks or burs, guaranteeing smooth opening of the Expansor.
  • Arms are bent with anatomical angulation. This results in a nearly precise fit for every patient, saving valuable fabrication time.
  • Expansion capacity and direction arrow is laser engraved on the expanders body.
